Asia Thompson is a Virginia native who graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice and Law. Additionally, she is a Project Management Institute (PMI) certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Asia brings nearly 10 years of experience across Business Development, Project/Program Management, Contract Management, and Personnel Security for the Federal Government. Over the years she has discovered that her successful leadership style was derived from her belief of “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work” and can attest to this mantra with confidence! Her real-world knowledge, charismatic attitude, servant leadership style, and collaborative approach is what steers her result driven success! Asia has exceptional accolades in managing several high-level federal contracts from inception to end while also having a wealth of knowledge in the Business Development and Acquisition lifecycle. She is proud to be a part of “Team ICS” as they have been instrumental in her professional growth and provide a top-tier culture that is truly unmatched.
In her spare time, Asia enjoys being a world traveler and spending time with her family and friends! She is also a huge Dallas Cowboys fan!
